Today’s world demands more than knowledge - it demands self-awareness, empathy, courage, and purpose. Too many young people are graduating without the tools to navigate complexity, lead with confidence, or understand who they are and what they stand for.
SuperAcademy equips young people with leadership skills through experiential workshops, guided at-home tools (SuperKits), mentorship, community experiences, and online learning - all rooted in identity, strengths, and human-centered leadership.
Our Founder: Meet Lauren
Hi! I’m Lauren MacKinnon, leadership coach, former COO, and founder of SuperAcademy. Over my 20+ years working with leaders, I saw how confidence, clarity, and purpose are often learned too late - if at all. That's why I created SuperAcademy, so those skills are learned earlier, with heart, support, and real growth opportunities.
After years in boardrooms and executive teams, I noticed something: most leadership challenges don’t start at work. They start much earlier - with confidence, voice, and self-trust.
So I began asking:
What if we taught leadership before adulthood?
What if young people understood their strengths from day one?
What if confidence wasn’t something you had to “find” later?
SuperAcademy was born from that question.

Through workshops, events, mentorship, and future online courses, girls learn skills like self-confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, goal setting, resilience, teamwork and authentic leadership. We believe leadership isn’t about being the loudest or the best - it’s about knowing your strengths and using them to make a difference.
