WHAT IS SUPERACADEMY?
SuperAcademy is a youth leadership movement helping the next generation grow into confident, values-driven leaders who know who they are and what they stand for. Through workshops, events, mentorship, and future online courses, girls learn skills like self-confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, goal setting, resilience, teamwork and authentic leadership. We believe leadership isn’t about being the loudest or the best - it’s about knowing your strengths and using them to make a difference.
Meet Lauren
SuperAcademy was founded by Lauren MacKinnon, an executive coach, former COO, and leadership development facilitator who has spent over 20 years helping people lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
Through her work coaching senior leaders, Lauren saw how many adults struggle with confidence, identity, and believing in their own potential - and she realized these skills should be taught much earlier in life.
SuperAcademy was created to give girls access to real leadership development in a way that is empowering, modern, and deeply human - focused on identity, strengths, values, and courage, not perfection or pressure.
Lauren’s mission is to help the next generation grow into leaders who are confident in who they are and bold enough to shape the world around them.
