SuperAcademy was founded by leadership coach and former executive Lauren MacKinnon — with one belief at its core: Every young person deserves to know their strengths before the world tells them who they should be.

With over 20 years of leadership experience, including serving as a Chief Operating Officer and executive coach to senior leaders, Lauren has spent her career helping adults lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose. SuperAcademy brings those same proven leadership tools to the next generation - earlier, when they matter most.

SuperAcademy is a youth leadership movement helping the next generation grow into confident, values-driven leaders who know who they are and what they stand for. Through workshops, events, mentorship, and future online courses, girls learn skills like self-confidence, communication, emotional intelligence, goal setting, resilience, teamwork and authentic leadership. We believe leadership isn’t about being the loudest or the best - it’s about knowing your strengths and using them to make a difference.
