Trout Lake Peer Group (Semester 3) - Create Your Impact!
This semester is all about taking the confidence, communication, and self-awareness built in semester 1 + 2, and applying those skills to solving problems, working in teams, making decisions, and creating positive change.
Over four sessions, the girls will experience:
✨ The Leadership Lab – exploring what great leadership really looks like through hands-on leadership challenges and real-world decision making.
✨ Boardroom Day – stepping into executive roles (CEO, Marketing, Finance, Operations and People & Culture) to tackle business challenges, collaborate as leadership teams, and present recommendations.
✨ Innovation Challenge – using design thinking to solve real challenges facing young people today while developing creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking.
✨ The SuperAcademy Innovation Showcase – a Shark Tank-inspired experience where the girls pitch their ideas, answer questions from their peers, celebrate one another's creativity, and finish the semester with a Leadership Portfolio they'll keep for years to come.

Investment:
